Site Location: HSE Regine House, Cooraclare Road, Kilrush, Co. Clare
Description of Works: The work consists of demolition and replacement of current structural elements to include the followingimprovement works:
- New Insulated facade system applied to existing facades as detailed
- Existing glazed porch replaced with new porch, new aluminium windows and doors as per window
schedule, new plaster finish to internal reveals to match existing. - New window boards to match existing, new insulated facade system applied to existing facades as
detailed, new pressed metal fascia, soffit, gutters and downpipes on areas with facade upgrades. - Existing roof tiles to be cleaned down with power washer and any loose or broken tiles to be
replaced and areas made good as necessary. - Additional 250mm of rockwool insulation laid on top of existing insulation and joists throughout
area of works in attics. - Reinstate existing concrete footpath, soft landscaping, soft play area to internal courtyard and
gravelled areas which were removed to facilitate installation of insulation cladding. - Remove existing cameras, ventilation grills, light fittings, ahu vent, satellite dish and reinstate in
same location once insulation is installed. - Additional to the original contract, PV Panels to be installed by Cubic M3 as per Clients request.
