Main Contractor; Project Supervisor Construction Stage. i.e. 1st Phase-site safety set up, excavation, ground works, foundations, block work, roofing, windows   & doors, plastering, supervision of M&E Sub Contractors, 2nd Fixing, painting to entrance of existing school, alterations & refurbishment of existing classrooms, demolition of   existing chimney & walls in existing classrooms, supervision of M&E Sub Contractors, plastering, painting & flooring. Also included in this Phase was the 1500m excavation of the public road to the school, the installation of new duct pipes & reinstating the road with tar macadam.   2nd Phase – site safety set up, excavation, ground works, foundations, block work, roofing, windows & doors, supervision of M&E Sub Contractors, plastering, 2nd fixing, painting, flooring, landscaping, fencing, basket ball court, tar macadam, etc.
